With a decade of experience in personal training, Peter is on a mission to redefine the aging process. At 36, Peter faced a failing body, but through intelligent exercise, he discovered the power to rejuvenate. Now, at 50, he's stronger and fitter than in his 30s, challenging the idea that age inevitably brings ailments.

 

Specialising in helping individuals aged 50 and over, Peter is an expert kettlebell trainer and Original Strength Pro Coach. His philosophy centres on finding the perfect program for each person, simplifying and enhancing life through training. The core message: age doesn't have to dictate your health – there's always a choice to defy aging and embrace strength.
